LUIS PARES, S. L. is the result of a 100-year-old family history of builders from the area of Sant Boi del Llobregat, a few kilometres from Barcelona.

The construction activity started with what was then known as the "Master Builder". Over the years he worked for clients and architects, some of which acquired world renown, such as Gaudí; and on such exemplary works as the Colonia Güell in Sta. Coloma de Cervelló.

It was incorporated as a private company in January 1972, although in the 1930s it was an individual company trading under the name of Alejo Parés Carbonell, and later, from 1956, under the name of Luís Parés Mestres.

At the end of 2004 it became a Limited Company, to simplify the formal aspects of its operation.

The main asset of the company is its solvency and its great experience, both regarding its directors and technicians as well as the building site and industrial personnel from the different sectors with which it works.
